This study consists in elaborate the result of the preliminary study and then lead the construction.

GEOSIGN offers a wide line of services (definied by the MOP law), in the conception step and / or concerning cemetery redevelopment, cemetery extension. (self supported or in partnership with architecht office, landscape architect...) .

2 : CONCEPTION

2.1 ) Rough draft ( RGD ) it function is :

• to confirm the feasibility of the choosen solution (phase 1, prliminary study, programme) ;
• to estimate the redevelopment forecast budget, by discriminate expenses between redevelopment steps (kind of construction) ;

2.2 ) Project ( PRO ) it main purpose is :

• to determinate the characteristics of each construction step ;
• to plot sewage disposal.
• to agree upon the forecast budget of the construction, and partition the project ;

2.3 ) Construction contract assisstance ( CCA ) it aims to :

• write the tendering package (TDP )
• analize entreprises offers ;

PHASE 3 : CONSTRUCTION

3.1 ) Construction Executive Direction ( CED ) is the:

• Editing and forward the services order ;
• Leading site meeting, editing the progress report ;
• sugggest settlement ;

3.2 ) Receiving Operation Assisstance ( ROA ): it function is :

• to organize receiving operation;
• handling the end of reserves (when construction is over, formalize construction defect) ;
• Editing report of complete word ( RCW )
